BUSINESS PRODUCT/ SERVICE MARKETING
FESTIVAL FOOD, FOOD TRUCKS, ARTS/CRAFTS, KIDS BOOTHS (Only 2 – 3 Spots Available for Each Type of Booth)
The Atlanta Chili Cook Off is a 1- day city wide community event; as such, booth space is available to businesses, festival food, food trucks , Arts/Crafts & Kids vendor booths. Application deadline is September 1st. All vendor booth applications will be first come – first served. Event producers will do their best not to duplicate vendors.
Business booths are encouraged to also compete in the Chili competition as an amateur team. This is a perfect way to have visitors come by your booth. Please indicate on application if you choose to do this. Please go to the chili competition info page for more info on serving chili at your booth.
Food vendor booth items allowed to be sold at the event will need final approval by the event organizers. Only food items can be sold, Alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be sold at the event. Failure on the part of any booth vendor and/or the booth vendor’s staff to adhere to the rules and policies will result in removal, forfeiture of fees and inability to return to for future events.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Upon completing your application, the Atlanta Chili Cook Off will send an acceptance or denial email notification within a week. If for some reason you do not receive a reply by then, please contact us. Once approved we will request a credit card or check payment. The deadline for final payments on all applications is September 15th. We will follow up with festival details and set up info after October 1st. Booths fees are non refundable.
